I've built two operating models from zero. As COO of TI'ME Georgia I designed the framework that ran a 25-person organization. At DMARK Architecture I installed the system that stabilized margins and cut delivery delays by a quarter. In between I founded and ran my own hospitality business in Tbilisi.
